Commercial Property Cleanup – Seattle

Go Spectrum NW led the environmental cleanup of a commercial property in Seattle, WA, supporting the redevelopment fir a six-story mixed-use building. After identifying a heating oil underground storage tank (UST), Spectrum supervised the removal of 1,210 tons of petroleum-impacted soil, ensuring compliance with Washington State MTCA standards. Post-cleanup soil gas testing verified compliance with the State of Washington Vapor Intrusion Guidelines.

Environmental Air Monitoring – Seattle City Light

GO Spectrum NW provided on-site environmental monitoring and regulatory compliance oversight for the Seattle City Light Queen Anne Tower Lead Paint Stabilization Project. Spectrum played a key role in contractor selection, air quality monitoring, and hazardous material containment, ensuring compliance with EPA, HUD, and PSCAA regulations. Daily NIOSH 7082 air sampling confirmed safe air quality, and proper lead disposal was ensured.

Hazardous Material Abatement – 80,000 sq. ft. Commercial Building

GO Spectrum NW supervised hazardous material abatement for an 80,000-square-foot commercial building, ensuring safe asbestos removal and disposal. The abatement followed strict AHERA and environmental regulations, including PCM air clearance sampling to confirm compliance. The project successfully removed friable ACM, boiler insulation, and vinyl asbestos tile (VAT), making the site safe for redevelopment.
